Return Policy
Free Sample with 100mL Perfumes
100mL perfumes will be delivered with a 2mL sample, so that you can ensure that you're happy with the scent before opening the standard size package. DO NOT open the 100mL package until you are 100% satisfied with the sample size scent. If you need to return a 100mL perfume, the sample size remains yours to keep.
Returns
- Returns are eligible for products that are purchased within 30 calendar days.
- In order to qualify for a return, all perfume products (100mL, 50mL, or 10mL) must be unopened and unused.
- Discovery Sets or Samples are not available for return unless your package arrives damaged.
- If the product is damaged during shipment, send an email to our Customer Service team at info@rainflower.com, and we will replace the item from your original order. If the item is out of stock, you will be issued a credit to use toward any purchase on Rainflower.com. Credits may not be used at Rainflower retail stores or partner boutiques.
- To initiate a return, send a request email to info@rainflower.com with the order number and reason for the return. If the product is damaged during shipment, please include a photo of the shipping box and product.
- Once our Customer Service team receives your return request email, they will respond to you via email with a Return approval number. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return an approved Return. Please print a copy of your Return approval number email, and include it in the return box. Ship the product back, and provide a tracking number via email to our Customer Service team.
